Prilla Exchange & Refund Policy

At Prilla, we take pride in the quality of our jewellery, and your satisfaction is important to us.
As a part of our commitment to great service, we are happy to exchange jewellery within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. However, for hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewellery cannot be exchanged. So if you have changed your mind and want to exchange, we are happy to assist.
To be eligible for a change of mind exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Items must also be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of the purchase date. Shipping costs for change of mind returns will not be refunded. 
As per Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund for a change of mind, so please choose carefully. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Law to provide a repair, replacement, or refund

How to Exchange:

  1. In-Store Exchange: Visit our kiosk with the item and proof of purchase, and our team will assist you.
  2. Mail Exchange:
    • Securely package the item.
    • Include proof of purchase and a brief note stating the reason for exchange.
    • Ship via a trackable method to our return address.

Custom-Made Jewellery – Return & Exchange Policy

Our custom-made jewellery is individually crafted to fit your exact size and preference. Each piece is specially cut and designed for you, making it non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

As per Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on custom-made jewellery. Please ensure you select the correct size and design before placing your order.

However, if your item has a manufacturing fault, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in line with our warranty policy.
