At Prilla, we are committed to providing high-quality jewellery that lasts. To ensure your confidence in every purchase, we offer a three-month warranty on all faulty jewellery from the date of purchase.
What is Covered Under Warranty?
If your jewellery experiences any of the following faults within three months, we will provide a repair, replacement, or exchange:
- Broken chains, clasps, or stones due to manufacturing defects.
- Manufacturer errors that affect the jewellery’s usability.
- Unusual discoloration not caused by exposure to water or improper care.
To be eligible for a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase along with the item.
What is Not Covered Under Warranty?
Our warranty does not cover:
- Loss, damage, or breakage due to improper use, accidents, or storage.
- General wear and tear, including fading or tarnishing of plating over time.
- Jewellery exposed to water, perfumes, lotions, or chemicals, which may cause discoloration.
- Items lost after purchase—unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements for lost jewellery.
Outside the Warranty Period?
Transactions outside of the three-month warranty period cannot be returned or exchanged due to faults. However, we encourage you to follow our Jewellery Care Guide to keep your pieces looking their best.
Caring for Your Jewellery
All metals naturally oxidize over time, and their appearance can change based on how they are cared for. To prolong the beauty and shine of your jewellery:
- Keep it dry—avoid water, sweat, and chemicals.
- Store it properly in a soft pouch or jewellery box.
- Clean it gently with a soft cloth to maintain its brilliance.
