Please read these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") carefully. By using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your use of, and any purchase from, the Prilla website, and constitute an agreement between you and Prilla Jewellery. Prilla reserves the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline of the Site at any time, in its sole discretion. Any change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.


Pricing and Availability

The ticketed price does not imply that the item has been sold at this price; it is Prilla's regular ticketed price for the item when it is not on sale prior to any negotiated discounts. Few or no sales may have occurred at the ticketed price prior to promotion. All sale prices apply while stocks last or until the current campaign finishes and are not valid with any other offer. Prices are correct at the time of publishing online and may change without prior notice due to exchange rate fluctuations. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. The Recommended Retail Price (RRP) is a price suggested by the manufacturer.
We do not negotiate prices on our products, and all prices are final. We make every attempt to ensure our online catalogue is as accurate as possible. In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund customers using the original payment method.


Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of this site will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. You agree that Prilla may modify these Terms and Conditions and any other policies on our Site at any time, and that posting the modified Terms and Conditions or policies on our Site will constitute sufficient notice of such modifications.


MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The Prilla mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Prilla Jewellery (“we”, “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Prilla’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Prilla through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any Do Not Call list. Message frequency may vary. You may opt-out of the Service at any time by texting "STOP" to Prilla or clicking the unsubscribe link in any text message.
You are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. For Service support, text "HELP" to Prilla or email us at prilla.com.au@gmail.com.


TERMINATION

Prilla reserves the right to terminate your use of this site and block your access to prilla.com.au if deemed appropriate.


ONLINE PURCHASES RETURN POLICY

  1. General Returns: Prilla allows customers to exchange their jewellery within 14 days of the original purchase for any reason, no questions asked.To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Items must also be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of the purchase date. Shipping costs for change of mind returns will not be refunded. Please choose carefully, as Prilla is not obligated to issue a refund for change of mind purchases.We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Refunds will be processed within five working days of receiving the return.
  2. Non-refundable Items: Due to hygiene concerns, all earrings and all body jewellery purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, regardless of whether they have been worn or not.

 

Prilla Warranty

Prilla offers a three-month warranty on all faulty jewellery from the date of purchase. Faulty jewellery includes:

  • Broken chains, clasps, or stones.
  • Manufacturer errors that affect usability
  • Discoloration (does not include fading from exposure to water)

Please note that transactions outside of the three-month warranty period cannot be returned or exchanged due to faults. To be eligible for a warranty exchange or return, you must provide proof of purchase along with the item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for lost items.
All metals naturally oxidize over time, a process that can be influenced by how the jewellery is cared for. To help your pieces last, please refer to our jewellery care advice.


IMAGES, PHOTOGRAPHS & VIDEOS

All images, photographs, and videos featured on this platform are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized use of these copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from us. We retain the right to enforce all claims under applicable copyright laws.


ONLINE PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

While we strive for accuracy in product representation, colours and descriptions may vary depending on individual screen settings. If you have concerns regarding potential colour differences, please contact our customer service team prior to making a purchase.


GEMSTONE COLOUR REPRESENTATION

Different lighting conditions may alter the perception of gemstone colour. Photos displayed online may not accurately represent the actual colour of a specific gemstone. If you have concerns, please reach out to our customer service team before purchasing.


SHIPPING

Once you receive your order, make sure you inspect your jewellery carefully and make a claim for any defects or broken parts within 2 days of the receipt of the order. Any claims made after 2 days will not be accepted.
Upon placing an order, you will receive estimated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and selected shipping options. If a package is not delivered and a signature is obtained, we will initiate an investigation. This process may take up to 10 business days, and we may request additional information.
